This 2 hour masterclass is for Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered adult social care services and focuses on developing meaningful supervision and appraisal processes that meets Regulation 18 requirements.
 
The masterclass focuses on how to carry out effective supervisions and appraisals that support staff wellbeing, address issues early and contribute to providing high standards of care.
 
This masterclass is for Registered Managers, Deputy Managers and Supervisors with responsibility for completing supervisions and appraisals.
