Workshop Description

Effective safeguarding practices are crucial to keep your clients safe and to ensure compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards in Adult Social Care services. • The safeguarding responsibilities under the Care Act
  • How to recognise, respond to and manage safeguarding concerns
  • What effective safeguarding governance and oversight looks like
  • How to demonstrate effective safeguarding practice and compliance

Whether you are a new service, are preparing for a CQC inspection or looking to strengthen your existing safeguarding governance and management, this workshop will give you clear guidance and greater confidence to meet your safeguarding responsibilities.
