Workshop Description

Robust and comprehensive Care Plans and Risk Assessments are essential to enable your staff team to effectively support clients and to ensure that you are providing safe care. • What the Care Quality Commission (CQC) expects in relation to care planning and managing risks
  • What Regulation 9: Person Centred Care means in practice
  • What Regulation 12: Safe Care and Treatment means in relation to risk management
  • How to develop person centred Care Plans
  • How to identify, assess and manage risks effectively
  • How to ensure staff have the information and guidance they need to provide safe and effective care
  • How to conduct Care Plan Audits
