Zoom Consultancy Support for Adult Social Care Services

Professional Supervisions
We provide structured professional supervision for CQC registered Domiciliary, Residential and Supported Living services to enhance professional development, maintain compliance and improve care quality.
Our expert led supervision is designed for Registered Managers, Providers, Directors, and Nominated Individuals. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and follows a structured agenda covering performance management, safeguarding, compliance, leadership, and service improvement.
All discussions remain confidential, with secure record-keeping in line with GDPR. A detailed summary, including agreed actions, is provided within 7 days to support continuous development.
Professional supervisions are delivered via Zoom, offering flexible, focused support tailored to your role and service needs.

Case Study: Supporting Management to Achieve Stronger Governance and Confident Leadership
A residential care home contacted us following ongoing concerns about governance and leadership. The Registered Manager was new in post and required support to stabilise the service and prepare for inspections.
We provided tailored consultancy support, combining remote support with on-site visits. Our initial review identified key areas for improvement, including quality audits, safeguarding oversight, staff supervision and care planning.
We worked closely with the Registered Manager and management team to provide practical guidance and support. This included implementing new systems relating to quality audits, safeguarding governance and management practices.
The service continued with the processes and systems we had developed with them. Within four months the service had embedded robust governance and oversight with audits being used to quickly identify areas for improvement. Staff morale had improved with the implementation of new supervision and support processes.
The Registered Manager reported feeling more confident in their role, with improved oversight and decision-making. The service was better prepared for inspections and able to evidence regulatory compliance.
