Paisley Training and Consultancy provide training and consultancy services for the Care Sector.
We support regulated activity providers to achieve Care Quality Commission compliance and to prepare for inspections. We have a range of bespoke consultancy and compliance services for care providers to assist you with all your compliance requirements.
We also provide development for Registered Managers, Care Managers and Nominated Individuals by providing a range of workshops specifically to meet the needs of care service managers.
Paisley Training and Consultancy was founded by Mark Tierney and Tracey Highland. Mark and Tracey have considerable experience of managing a range of care and support services and deliver all of the training and consultancy services themselves.

We Do Not Use Associate Trainers and Consultants
All our consultancy services and workshops are delivered by the business partners – Tracey and Mark. Our customers value the professional relationships that we develop and the continuity of service delivery.
We understand that sometimes care providers need support and services quickly – this might be help to complete an Improvement Action Plan, help with CQC Registration, support with an Inadequate or Requires Improvement rating or needing documents. We aim to provide a responsive and flexible service to customers.
Range of Locations
We provide training and consultancy services throughout England. We can visit you at your service or at a venue of your choice.
Our open Care Manager Workshops are delivered via Zoom, so you can join us from anywhere.
Care Manager Workshops
We are qualified and experienced trainers. We specialise in providing workshops for Care Managers and Nominated Individuals. At all of our workshops we provide a range of document tools that can be adapted to use in the workplace. Our customers value these included resources which save them time and money.

Meet The Team
Mark has a been a Registered Manager for a range of care services including challenging behaviour, residential care and domiciliary care. Mark has a good working knowledge of legislation and how this applies to the different services.
Mark started delivering training in physical intervention (PI) and restrictive practices which led to a reduction in the use of PI within his service. Since then he has particular interest in developing the skills of Care Managers.
Tracey has over twenty five years management experience gained in the care, housing and charity sectors. Tracey has considerable experience and expertise in managing safeguarding having been a safeguarding lead and has been delivering training for over twelve years.
Tracey has a particular interest in compliance, policies and change management. Tracey has experience of improving services to ensure high quality service delivery for customers.

We have been recognised by Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis as one of his Small Business Sunday winners. In February 2022 the business founders Mark Tierney and Tracey Highland attended the Annual #SBS winners’ event in Birmingham to collect the award. Small businesses enter the competition by sending a Tweet to Theo during ‘Small Business Sunday’ and describing their business.

Most Resilient Business of the Year - Finalist 2022
We are thrilled to announce that we are finalists of the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs). We are finalist in the Most Resilient Business of the Year category and attended an awards ceremony at Blackpool Tower Ballroom on the 16th September 2022.
This is the second time that we have been BIBAs finalists as last year we also reached the finals.
