Recruitment in adult social care is not simply about a DBS check and two references - it is a safeguarding responsibility and a regulatory requirement.
This 2 hour masterclass is for Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered adult social care services and focuses on how to recruit safely and in full compliance with Regulation 19 (Fit and Proper Persons Employed) and Schedule 3 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
The masterclass provides clear, practical guidance on what safe recruitment looks like in practice and what the CQC expects to see.
