Workshop Description:
The workshop will provide participants with an awareness of the Care Quality Commission requirements for adult social care services and the role of the Nominated Individual.
The workshop will provide an overview of the role of the Nominated Individual, the Health and Social Care Act Regulations and Fundamental Standards, the Key Questions and the Quality Statements.
The workshop is for Nominated Individuals of:
- Domiciliary Care Services
- Residential Care Homes
- Supported Living Services
