Quality Assurance is an important part of being Well Led, without feedback how can you be sure what needs to be improved or what areas you are doing well in and is a cause for celebration. This Quality Assurance package contains questionnaires to gain feedback from all the people involved in your service from your clients and staff to family and friends and external professionals.
