Supervising your care team and leading the shift can be challenging. Our new Senior Carer Workshop is designed to equip new and experienced Senior Carers with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to excel within their role.
The workshop covers essential topics including leadership responsibilities, safeguarding and team supervision so that participants can effectively oversee care delivery and support their teams to provide high-quality care.

This workshop is only for current Senior Carers in CQC Registered:
- Domiciliary Care Services,
- Residential Care Services
- Supported Living Services
