Workshop Description:
The workshop will provide participants with an awareness of the Care Quality Commission requirements for adult social care services and the role of the Registered Manager.
The workshop will provide an overview of the role of the Registered Manager, the Health and Social Care Act Regulations and Fundamental Standards, the Key Questions and the Quality Statements.
The workshop is for Registered Managers and Deputy Managers of:
- Domiciliary Care Services
- Residential Care Homes
- Supported Living Services

This workshop is only suitable for people in a management position in social care. Please only book this workshop if you are in this role as we are not able to accommodate bookings for people in other roles. We have other workshops available for Domiciliary Care Co-Ordinators and Senior Carers.
