Case Study: From a Rating of Requires Improvement to Good
A Domiciliary Care Provider contacted us after receiving a Requires Improvement rating at their previous CQC inspection.
The service had been working hard to address areas of non-compliance and breaches of regulations; they wanted independent assurance that their improvements were effective and robust.
We carried out a Mock Inspection reviewing compliance against the regulations. During the Mock Inspection we:

Identified areas where the service was now compliant and reviewed evidence that demonstrated that breaches had been addressed
