Wednesday 22nd July 2026 - 10am - 4pm - Delivered Via Zoom
Safeguarding Champions play a vital role in delivering safe care and keeping people safe from abuse. They work alongside Registered Managers and Safeguarding Leads to develop and embed a strong safeguarding culture within the service.
Safeguarding Champions are a key link between leadership and care staff, supporting their teams day-to-day, cascading knowledge and building confidence in recognising and responding to concerns.
By championing best practice, challenging poor standards and maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding, Safeguarding Champions ensure staff feel supported and confident in their safeguarding practice.
