Workshop Description:
The workshop will support participants to recruit care staff during the current challenging time, focusing on strategies for successful care service recruitment.
The workshop is for Providers, Registered Managers and Deputy Managers of:
- Domiciliary Care Services
- Residential Care Homes
- Supported Living Services

The workshop will cover the following:
- Recruitment challenges
- Identifying local recruitment sources
- Improving recruitment practices
- Developing a Recruitment Action Plan
Participants will receive the following documents:

This workshop is only suitable for people in a management position in social care with responsibility for strategic recruitment and planning.
