Quality Audits for Care Quality Commission (CQC) Compliance

Please note: This workshop is for people who are working in Adult Social Care Services.

Workshop Description:

The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of how to complete quality audits and the importance of this in achieving CQC compliance and for continuous improvement. The workshop will provide an overview of the CQC Regulations with particular focus on Well Led.

Participants will receive a range of quality audit documents for them to use in their workplace if they wish. The quality audits included are Safeguarding Governance, Medication, Dignity, Care Plans, Infection Control, Health and Safety, Employee Files and Staff Supervision.

The workshop is aimed at care managers and staff with responsibilities for completing quality audits.

The Workshop has been updated to include new audits relating to:

• Complaints,
• Daily Log Notes
• Falls
• Incidents

• CQC Regulation 17
• Well Led
• Registered Manager responsibilities
• Quality Audits and how to complete these
